  This past month my brother passed away and we were unfamiliar with the process (either cremation or burial), but when I met Perry at the funeral home, he was so detail oriented and informative. He made the process so much easier for us. He was so efficient and patient. He made calls to find out more information for us on pricing on different burial sites. We never felt pressured to make a decision, we were just provided the information.
  
  Bottom line: They know what their doing and they seem to care.

  "Hope you brought your checkbook" is not something a grieving family needs to hear when discussing funeral options.

  I was in charge of the Military Honors team for all of North Alabama and I can say that while dealing with all of the funeral homes in the area Laughlin was by far the mast proffessional. Their directors make sure that everything they do is done correctly and as promised. These guys are great. Keep up the good work.
